Attorney-Trained Real Estate Representation
Chad’s legal background gives him a disciplined approach to real estate contracts, negotiation, documentation, risk analysis, and transaction structure. In the brokerage context, his role is not to replace the client’s closing attorney, tax advisor, estate-planning attorney, or financial advisor. His role is to help identify issues early, ask better questions, and coordinate the transaction with the appropriate professionals when needed. Chad’s experience is particularly useful in residential transactions involving trusts, estates, probate, inherited property, business ownership, investment property, asset-protection considerations, contract terms, title issues, and tax-sensitive questions.
