Holley was born in Spartanburg, SC, and has lived in Charlotte since 1972. Holley spent her entire childhood growing up in south Charlotte, where she attended Providence Day School and Charlotte Christian. Upon graduating in 1986, Holley attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC), where she graduated in 1991 with a B.S. in nursing. Holley began her professional career as a cardiac nurse caring for patients following open-heart surgery. After seven years, Holley transitioned to home healthcare, where she worked with countless patients in their homes throughout the greater Charlotte area for over two decades.

Her nursing background trained her to listen carefully, communicate clearly, manage stressful situations, and help people make decisions during important life transitions. Within their real estate practice, Holley focuses on client communication, preparation, property presentation, service-provider coordination, showing logistics, buyer and seller communications, and the practical details that can determine whether a transaction feels organized or overwhelming. Holley’s knowledge of the greater Charlotte area, combined with her interpersonal judgment and hands-on style, helps clients feel informed, supported, and prepared throughout the transaction.
